amending matrix after 341 meeting

What is the name of your state? co

What happens if i have to amend my matrix after my 341 meeting? will this hold up my discharge? i went to 341 meeting in jan and i just got a letter from a creditor i forgot about. do i send this creditor a copy of my filing showing my case #? or do i just amend my filing with the courts and wait? thank you!

Amend your filing, it should not affect your discharge date. When you amend you have to send copies of the changed schedules to all the creditors affected by that amendment. If you're pro se, you'll have to send this creditor the amendment and the court a "proof of service by mail form".
