asset case? What is the name of your state? Montana The date of discharge of my bankruptcy should be coming soon I hope. The final date for creditors to file a complaint objecting to discharge was Dec. 19th. I logged onto Pacer and where it shows my name and the judges name etc. where it says assets it say YES. What does this mean? I have no assets except for the tax refund I will get this Spring which I know I have to turn over. Would that be considered an asset and be the reason why it says mine is an asset filing? The original notice of 341 meeting says it's a no asset case. What would change that? |

| I doubt that anyone can answer your question without a full review of your filing. I would suggest you ask your attorney to advise what 'yes' may mean in your case.
__________________ There are at least 17 lawsuits (!!) pending in various courts, including the US Supreme Court, asking if Obama is a natural born citizen (as req'd by Art II, Sec 1 of the US Constitution). Why has he spent over $1.35M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport! |
