assets


What is the name of your state? ar
what are considered assets house car boat motor cycle bankaccount motorhome land
i hear alot of people file a no asset ch7
does this mean they have notning for trustee to turn into cash

A no asset Chapter 7 means, you've no assets beyond what your state allows for an exemption.

i have a whole life ins policy cash value 10000
borrowed 8500 for living expenses bills medical
net cash value 1500
had ins co send me policy information
my lawyer filed before i got this infomation
what should i do i thought i had nothing left in policy did not list
