assets not listed on petition

What is the name of your state? Ohio


I just received a copy of my ex's petition for Chapter 7 bankruptcy, and there are asset's of his that are not listed on there. Whom would I contact? His lawyer? The court appointed trustee?

There is no obligation for all the creditors to be listed on a chapter 7 petition. The debtor only has to list sufficient debts to show that the filing is justified.

You can tell either or both of them.

There are at least 17 lawsuits (!!) pending in various courts, including the US Supreme Court, asking if Obama is a natural born citizen (as req'd by Art II, Sec 1 of the US Constitution).

Why has he spent over $1.35M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport!

She wasn't asking about CREDITORS, she was asking about unlisted ASSETS.

Definitely get in touch with the Trustee and be ready with documentation to prove your assertions that he's hiding assets.
