Hi,

I am getting an annuity of 800/month from my IRA. I'll be getting it until I am 59. I decided to draw this annuity after I lost my job and needed away to make my house payment. I recently build a house and have it mortaged to the hilt.

If I get a $25000 judgment entered against me (which may happen soon), from an old boyfriend who is suing me, can he have the annuity seized from the distributor of the annuity?

He is suing me because he helped me out of a marriage, but I left him because he became very abusive.

If he can seize my annuity, I will lose my house.

This is in Pennsylvania.

Thanks
