I am currently in bankruptsy. I financed a car 2 years ago, before I filed. Mitsibishi company sold out and my loan went to center financial company. I called and asked for a payment book and statements, never got one. I have been sending my payment at the same time every month. Still requesting a statement of some kind showing what i paid and what i owe. never got anything. i sent a payment last week and recieved a call that they wanted my payment over the phone immediately. I asked again for a payment book and or statement of some kind. I refused to make the payment over the phone, because I had allready mailed the payment. Today, they sent someone out to repossess my car. i don't think this is fair what can I do.

Do you have a lawyer? Barring anything that I can't know outside of what you typed, I think they just committed a major violation. When you file there is an automatic stay that prevents any creditor from continuing collections.
