| | | PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR STATE BECAUSE LAWS VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.*
__________________ There are at least 17 lawsuits (!!) pending in various courts, including the US Supreme Court, asking if Obama is a natural born citizen (as req'd by Art II, Sec 1 of the US Constitution).
Why has he spent over $1.35M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport! |

| | | From what I can find, it looks like the back rent might be dischargeable, you would just have to make sure you list the landlord as a creditor in your paperwork.
If Halket or one of the other Sr. Members finds something contrary to this, I'm sure they'll let you know. |

| | | | Back rent would be dischargeable in Indiana, and I suspect it is the same in your state. |

What type of BK is or was filed, is the tenant still an occupant of the premises, is the tenant an indivdual or a corporation and who were the guarantors of the lease? |
