Keep me from Filing Bakruptcy??What is the name of your state? OR In a divorce where a husband and wife have joint accounts, if one spouse wants to file for bankruptcy, can the other spouse keep them from filing? I would like to know asap. Thank you in advance!! | No, you can't keep them from filing, BUT, you can contest his filing and what is claimed on his/her forms for assets and liabilities.
