bamkruptcy and student loans

can you file bankruptcy on student loans in ohio?

Yes. Will they be dismissed? Probably not. Student loans are usually only dismissed due to extreme hardship. And the loans must have been in default for 7 years.

Like I said in another post, you have a better chance of winning the lottery and being hit by lightening while riding a zebra riding a giraffe than getting student loans discharged.
