BankOne & collection agency violate bk stay and pay!

What is the name of your state?
These 2 were very bad boys! File those complaints when the stay is violated.

I am in the process of filing against a CA for FDCPA and FCRA violations in small claims. After reading this information, I should probably go back to bankruptcy court. (Actually our very own LadynRed suggested that I do this originally)

Kwalla, I would most definitely pursue your case thru the BK court, it has a LOT more clout and will make a bigger dent in their pockets than FDCPA violations
