We live in az and are only 21 we have 2 young children. We are broke. This was the first month in 4 months that we were able to pay our utility bills (that is how bad off we are) We have a few friends who have filed chapter 7 and did it on there own by purchasing these packets from a store. Is this safe. if not how can we pay for a lawyer, when we have no money. Is there a web site or a book in english that i can understand about bankrupcy.
