bankrupcy

My daughter was advised by her bankrupcy attorney to draw up a land contract for the purchase of a mobile home (from me her mother). $16,000 down because she was entitled to that much under Mich law. Bankrupcy trustee is contesting this and wants $13500 back. citing Terrell 892F2d help what does that mean?>
