Question

Bankruptch question

My state is Tennessee. I just have a questions. If a person hides assets when he files bankruptcy can anything be done about this person who has committed fraud.

Maybe. Can you PROVE the hidden assets exist ? Has the 341 meeting been held yet ?? You CAN write a letter to the Trustee on the case and tell him/her about the hidden assets, but you'd better provide proof of the value, the kind of property and where its located, etc.

Make a complaint to the trustee handling the case.
