bankruptcy

What is the name of your state? Mississippi

Here is our problem. My husband was laid off several times this year. Because of the lay off, we are having financial problems. My husband had an auto accident and because of our finanical problems, we had no car insurance and he was at fault. We are considering bankruptcy because there is just no way we are able to pay anything when we can barely get by as it is. We are going to see an attorney next week to review our options but I was hoping to get an idea what we might be looking at.

Your question is very broad. What specifically are you asking ? Have you read the FAQ's on this site.. they answer a lot of your questions.
