Bankruptcy

What is the name of your state? New jersey


If a corporation files bankruptcy and the only name on the corporation is one single person does that mean that it affects that persons individual credit? We are thinking of filing bankruptcy and starting over and am just curious if we would be able to purchase a house, which we are planning to do in the upcoming year.
