What is the name of your state? georgia

i have filed a ch 13. my license was suspended and my attorney told me that i can now get them back . does anyone know what the next proper procedure would be now that i have filed the bankruptcy. i was told by the insurance company that the debt has to be dishcarged before they will release my record to the motor vehicle registration
