Bankruptcy

What is the name of your state? Ohio

I'm considering filing bankruptcy. Do I have to include my car in the filing? I am paying on my car, I have never been late with a payment, I'm just in over my head with credit card debt. Can I file bankruptcy without risk losing my vehicle?

You must list ALL debts, including your car. If you wish to keep it, you can reaffirm the loan.
