BankruptcyWhat is the name of your state? Nevada. I went bankrupt last year. Seem there a credit card co, had put a judgement on my home. But they were in the bankruptcy. On my trw, check they put 0 balance, bankruptcy. So how can they still collect? ![]() |

| Ok.. so they got a judgment against you and I'm assuming you mean they put a lien on your home, correct ? The judgment is null and void and your lawyer should have had it vacated. Most judiciary liens can be removed as well, but the lawyer has to get the paperwork done and the lien avoided to get rid of it.

Lien?thank you, for responing back. So fast. Yes its a lien on my home. my attorney is doing the paper work right now. My attorney said he never ran into this kind of problem! what i am worried about is, can the judge, tell me to pay the lien anyways? if or when i sell my home? Shirley |

| If your lawyer can get the lien removed, you won't have to pay anything, sale or not. ![]()
