Bankruptcy ?

What is the name of your state? Michigan

I went bankrupt in 1993 before I ever met my husband. Now he want's go bankrupt on the trailer we own but is unlivable. Can I file bankruptcy again?

Until 10/17, you may file every 6 years. After that date, you may file every 8 tears. Either way, you can file again.
