Bankruptcy

What is the name of your state? Illinois

My husband I and recently filed bankruptcy... The problem is my husband didnt know that his company had automatic set him up a retirement plan and unfortunatley we've already met with a U.S. trustee already..Help..

What kind of retirement plan is it? If it is strictly a company paid plan, don't worry, it is exempt. Many other types of retirement plans are also exempt such as 401K's and Keogh plans.
