we are considering filing chapter 13 and the way i understand it we have to make bk payments and our regular payments as well. I have talked to a couple of people who say they did it and now they only pay one payment and everything is payed. Is this true abd where am i going wrong. If you cant pay your bills now how can youmake a payment and regular bill too,
which means tha tyou are paying out more each month.
