I am 41 yrs old living in florida, I am currently going through a divorce and my wife and kids live in new York
every since the seperation I have been struggling with bills, what I want to know is this if i file bankruptcy will my wife and kids lose the house, also I have a home equity loan in my name can that loan be discharged, can I keep my truck as long as i keep paying for it.
