Bankruptcy

I have a question regarding discrimination from an employer or future employer regarding personal bankruptcy. Since filing bankruptcy I feel I am being harassed by my supervisors what can I do legally? Also can I be denied employment elsewhere if I am forced out of my current job? Do I have to disclose the bankruptcy to future employers?

It is illegal for an employer to discriminate for a BK....the tough part about that is try to prove it. As for the other, unless you are going into a highly specialized field or where you are responsible for the finances of a company I don't see why an employer should ask if you have declared BK. Do you have to disclose it?!? Well... How honest are you? How bad do you want the job? Are you ready to face the consequences if you lie and get caught? After answering these questions you should be able to answer your own question.
Good Luck.
