What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Maryland
I filed bankruptcy in October and paid my attorney fees and filing fees totaling $1200.00. I received a semi-annual report from the trustees office showing disbursement made to creditors. My attorney put himself as a creditor with a claim amount of $1,000.00. Is it legal for my attorney to do so when I have paid him and he has never communicated to me that he was charging me additional feels? Please advise.

Thank you.
