| Rule 4003(b) gives any "party in interest" until 30 days after the 341 meeting to file an objection to a claimed exemption. Once that date passes, I think most bankruptcy attorneys would feel comfortable letting their debtor/client sell property claimed as exempt. A prudent buyer's counsel would, however, probably want a more solid indication of authority to sell, so a Rule 6004 notice of sale might be appropriate.
