If a person from one of the credit cards comes to your house to get something that's been bought on the card, can you tell them you don't have it any longer, and they'll let it go as that, or will they keep coming back?
If I have some of my bills pay up, will they be put in with the bankruptcy?
If some bills are in my name and some in both our names, are all going to be put in the bankruptcy?
How much does this cost,lawyer fees, and everything?
I'm responsible for this out of my own pocket, right?
