| I live in Indiana. I am married and we find ourselves in a large amount of debt. Some of the debt is in both our names, some just in mine. My question is...would I be able to file Chapter 7 alone on the debts I have acquired in my name only? These debts include dept. store cards, credit cards and personal loans. |

| If you file bankruptcy on yourself only, you must list all debts that you are on. This includes you and spouse and only you and you and anyone else. |
