bankruptcy and child support

indiana, i have filed banckruptcy and had the meeting w/ the creditors. My ex now owes me 3000.00 for back child support. do I have to turn this over to my trustee or is chld support considerd exempt.

Child support is exempt. It is for the basic needs of your children, not for paying past due bills.
