What is the name of your state?Rhode Island

I am in the process of having my petition for bankruptcy filed. I am curious if anyone knows upon having bankruptcy declared, do Mastercard/Visa bank debit/check cards become inactivated just like regular credit cards? I never carry cash anymore and do all my "business" with my debit/check card. Just curious so I can plan for anything that might eventually happen.
Thanks for any responses.

If your bank is included in the BK, then yes it will get cancelled.

If it is not, and you have money in your account, then you will still be able to use your ATM/Debit card. Yes, even the ones that have visa/mastercard included.
