    Question bankruptcy/discharge gone bad

What is the name of your state? mi

I filed bankruptcy in 2000. discharged in 2001. I believe the courts sent the discharge to all creditors listed. The mortgage that I am a co-signer on has not reconized this. 3 years later,
I try to buy a home and cannot because my ex-husband has
taken the mortgage into foreclosure. I have learned thru phone calls that it has been transferred/sold 3x's. The mortgage account # is not the same that it originated from. I have sent all bankruptcy papers to the credit bureau's explaining same mortgage just different #'s. They do not accept this. I have sent the papers to the mortgage co. They do not want to acknowledge
this either. The mortgage co still is listing my ex's credit doings on
me because me being a co-signer.
Also, all 3 transfers are in different names but same company.
so the address on my bankruptcy is the same on the mortgage
but they say they have never received anything.

What can I do?Can they sell and transfer without me knowing?
If they do list the bankruptcy for 2001, are they still allowed to list
the 2004 foreclosure of my ex-husbands?
