bankruptcy discharged. Did not list all debts

What is the name of your state? CA.
Husbands chapter 7 bankruptcy has recently been discharged.
. I have a promissory note from him made 11 month prior to him filing bankruptcy.
He did not list me on his list of creditors and debts
Can I still sue to enforce this note when it comes due a year later.

i forgot to add that my husband and i will probaby be divorced by then and the note is not expected to be part of the divorce.

The Promissary note will be dismissed in his BK... You will no longer be allowed to attempt to collect on it, and if you choose to do so, he can sue YOU and get a monetary amount.

Generally, ALL debts, listed and not listed are included in the BK... Are you sure it was a 7 and not a 13?
