Bankruptcy/Divorce

I have a convoluted situation and really need advice. I got married to my husband 10 months ago. He talked me into financing(in my name only) a house and 2 workvans to the tune of 350,000.00. In June I discovered he has filed bankruptcy in the past. I was charmed and didn't stand up for mysel f so now I have these things in my name which I CAN NOT afford. I was trying to be civil and asked for a divorce. In the divorce decree he will pay on the house and vans. (the divorce has not been filed yet) My question is do I have any other options to get my name off of these big ticket items? What happens if I file bankruptcy? Do they take EVERYTHING away? Any input besides "why were you so stupid" would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
