texas, my wife and i are currently pending bankruptcy chapter 7. since we signed the bankruptcy paperwork at the attorney's office she has filed for divorce. she did not show for the initial 341 hearing at federal court and has no intentions of doing so and I want to continue. her attorney and herself plan on getting the judge to give me half of the bills once the divorce is complete. i am wondering how that will affect me since i am going on with the bankruptcy. can the state district judge give me the bills even though a federal judge has relieved me of them?
