| It depends. The question is unanswerable in the simple form proposed. It depends on what the facts are surrounding the partner and what he did with the money as to whether the partnership has any direct liability for his debts. The personal filing will affect the business as the creditors will get a right to either a charging order or will acutally stand in the shoes of the defaulting partner.
