Bankruptcy and Financial Responsibility law

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Oklahoma
I am just wondering if a chapter 7 bankruptcy can prevent the state from suspending one's license under the financial responsibility law. Long story short, I was in a MC accident and my insurance is refusing to pay. Now the state wants to suspend my license. Will my BK help me in this situation?
