bankruptcy/judgements

What is the name of your state? Colorado
i filed bankruptcy on 4/1/02 and it was discharged on 8/02. my question is that the exact same day i filed for bankruptcy a judgement was issued against me from a creditor, which was included in the bankruptcy. does the judgement still stand? its showing up on my credit report and it just recently showed up delinquent.

Are you certain the debt creating the judgment was discharged ?
Did you have a lawyer for you bankruptcy ?
If so, then try calling your lawyer, a motion to vacate the judgment should have been filed after your discharge.
