bankruptcy/judgementsWhat is the name of your state? Colorado i filed bankruptcy on 4/1/02 and it was discharged on 8/02. my question is that the exact same day i filed for bankruptcy a judgement was issued against me from a creditor, which was included in the bankruptcy. does the judgement still stand? its showing up on my credit report and it just recently showed up delinquent. |

| Are you certain the debt creating the judgment was discharged ? Did you have a lawyer for you bankruptcy ? If so, then try calling your lawyer, a motion to vacate the judgment should have been filed after your discharge.
