Bankruptcy problem

I filed chapter 13. I am paying my house payment and trustee out of my unemployment that is running out and I have to move in with relatives. What happens if I sell my house or rent it and if I can't make my trustee payments?

If you can't make the payments, your bk is dismissed.
Prior to taking any action, speak with yor lawyer. If you have negative equity in the home it may make sense to convert the 13 to a CHapter7.
