| bankruptcy proof of claim (poc) seller sold parts to buyer from time to time. buyer returned some parts, resulting in a credit amount greater than the amount it owed. buyer later filed BK, and the credit and debt amounts remained unsatisfied at the time of filing.
questions:
1. is a poc proper since seller is owed no net sum from buyer?
2. if the poc is not filed does seller waive its offset claim for prepetition debt?
3. what is the correct poc claim amount?
