| The "341 meeting" is a the meeting of creditors that is held between 30 & 45 days after a bankruptcy case is filed. The debtor MUST be present and must sit and answer questions asked by the Trusteee. While this is called a 'meeting of creditors', creditors rarely show up.
If you have no proof of any kind that this person is committing fraud, then the Trustee will likely just ignore you. Are you listed as a creditor in this person's BK case ?? You can stilll write the Trustee, but with only vague accusations, there's not much for a Trustee to go on.
