I live in Texas. I want to remarry (after 20 years!) in April. Can my present creditors harrass my new husband? If I file bankruptcy before we marry, what effect will this have on his credit or future purchasing power? He is very financially stable, and I have had a prolonged illness that has ruined me financially in the last 18 months. Would prenuptial agreements help? I need quick, cheap advice! Please!
