Bankruptcy....The second time???? HELP!!!

I filed chapter 13 about 3 years ago, it got dismissed not discharged, due to lack of payment. So I was wondering if I could file a chapter 7 to clean up those old debts and some new ones I have incurred.

Ark. has a short SOL on cc debt. CC's are open accounts. If you're beyond the SOl and don't have any jusgments against you, I wouldn't file for BK.

I need some help with the lingo... what is SOI or SOL, and one of my debts has been turned over to a collection attorny. But my biggest questions is am I able to file again to releave my old debt (that was dismissed in the chapter 13) and my new debt..... and if so, some of my old debt is about 3yrs old, so how do I find out where they are now to list them in the bankruptcy.

SOL could mean Sh*t Out of Luck or Statute of Limitations.

I mean if your debt {cc} is older than 3 years, you can't legally be sued. If you are, you defend with the Statute of Limitations expired.
Yes, you can include all old debt in a new bk filing. Pull your credit reports and see who is reporting ownership.

Can my bankruptcy att search for the people I owe or do I have to do it myself?

How would you propose the lawyer begin the search? What is so hard about ordering your credit reports and see who is listed?
Look at the old schedules from the dismissed bk.

I was just wondering, since I was gonna be paying him anyway. No biggie.
