| I am filing my own Chapter 7 papers because I cannot afford an attorney. I have the Nolo book, but it is not clear on this question: Do I list my own life insurance policy where it says "Interests in insurance policies", and if so, how do I determine Currrent Market Value? I cannot cash in the policy and so it has no value to me, only to my beneficiary. Thank you very much. I'm in CA. |

| Under market value, I'd say term policy and add no cash value. When you list your expenses, be sure and list the monthly or quaterly {or however you pay} premium. |
