bankruptcy and title vii lawsuitclaim

What is the name of your state? Ohio/but claim originates in Georgia.

I filed a age discrimination claim against a company with the eeoc (3/01) and received a right to sue letter. I filed suit against this company (2/03) and the same month this company filed a chapter 7 bankruptcy petition. Stating they have no assets.

They have $4,182,967.79 in personal property and claim $16,085,688.24 in liabilities: comprising-

2 secured creditor--$2,820,107.63; 25 unsecured priority claims --89,201.41; 16 unsecured nonpriority claims-- $13,176,379.20.

These claims mostly comprise salaries, wages and commissions

Can I file a motion to stop sell of assets or freeze assets until final disposition of my lawsuit?

I understand that punitive damages are not dischargable in bankruptcy?

If I get a judgement against this company in federal district court where will i stand as a creditor?

Please advise, I have been proceeding pro se since i have been unable to secure an attorney.
