What is the name of your state? Kentucky


I am in a Chapter 13 and receive VA compensation for disabilities. Recently my disabilities have got worse and they have increased my compensation. Also I am receiving a lump sum for back pay for my VA increase.

Can the trustee take this lump sum?

Please HELP!!!!!!
