Bankrupty; garnishment

In Minnesota is it too late to file bankruptcy after wages are being garnished?What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

No. In fact garnishment is one of the things that trigger a bk.
One caveat. If the debt that created the garnishment is the sort that can't be discharged {student loans, courted ordered child/spousal support} then the filing won't help.
