I am being sued a debt collectors lawyer who bought an account from a credit card I defaulted on in 1994.I am currently disabled
and on SSI disability.My assets are few.I have a bank account with $20.00 Savings and
a checking account which varies as I deposit my SSI check.I also have a 1991 Toyota Camery
.I also have a credit card which is in good standing.My question is if a judgement is taken out against me is my car in jeopardy.Any help would be greatly appreciated.Email howardr1124@aol.com
