Best Jurisdiction?

What is the name of your state?What is the name of your state?Texas/Florida
My husband and I currently live in Texas and need to file Ch 7 Bankruptcy due to debts built up over a lawsuit for wrongfull termination from my job of 20 years. The lawsuit was in the Federal District and Circuit Courts (all civil)and involved a good deal of judicial misconduct that I did complain about. The judges are mad. The case has been to the USSC but they have declined to hear it. My husband and I are seperating and I plan to move to Florida. I will be the primary filer and my husband will co-file. We would rather file now and then get a divorce in Texas. However, I am concerned about the disposition of debts from attorney fees and court costs found against me in the district and circuit court. Would I have a better chance of getting a fair deal by establishing residency in Florida and filing in a different court? Can my husband remain in Texas and still co-file? Should we divorce and file seperately?
