to Bigun (or anyone)from Rebekka in VA: attorney made a mistake and did not file my reaffirmation agreement with the court re: my car. Do I make him reopen the case and go through another hearing, etc. (I have been discharged from chp.7) to correct this? Toyota says I don't have to have a reaffirmation, but I feel it's my first step toward re-proving good credit. Please advise. |

| If the vehicle was listed as an exemption on your BK petition, and your are current on your payments, a reaffirmation agreement is not required. |
