bk7 discharged didnt reaffirm ladynredhelp??


What is the name of your state? az i received my discharge for my bk7 and
i didnt reaffirm my car loan. i am still making payments on it. do they keep reporting it to the credit burueu and if i miss a payment can they report it. or does it just show as written off as part of my bankruptcy thanks ladynred you always have the correct answer and you always have helped me. and anyone else who has the answer thank you , take care

You can continue to make payments and as long as you stay good you can keep the car. Should you become in default they can take the car, but since you did not reaffirm you will not be held liable. It technically, I believe, should not report on your credit report but it probably will.

Since you didn't reaffirm the loan, the debt was dischaged and should be on your reports as 'included in bankruptcy' with a zero balance - NOTHING MORE - no payments, no negatives, nothing. You cannot be 'late' on a discharged debt and negative reporting on a discharged debt is a violation of the injunction of your discharge.
