bonded after bk?

What is the name of your state? co

Does anyone know if a person can still be bonded after a ch 7? i have a brother-in-law who has a construction business on the side and he is debating wether or not to file for bk since the economy is sooo bad and no work for him... anyone know about the bond process?

Call a bond company and ask.

The policies of different companies probably vary.

No way for us to know the policies here.
